Disney Trip Envelope

An update on a project I shared last November. Prior to our 2007 trip to Walt Disney World, I made an envelope full of information to take with us.

It had 4 cards with details on front and back...

park hours/Epcot food & wine festival:

weather/rainy day activities:

FastPass rides/favorite attractions:

and stamps for postcards/addresses:

I wanted to reuse it this year and updated a couple of key sheets - the park hours and weather. The rest, for the most part, remained unchanged. Then I added one new card with table service reservations & a tip chart:

Supplies: black & white cardstock; Creative Imaginations patterned paper; Making Memories brads; Doodlebug rub-on letters; "You are Confirmed" reused from Disney print out

Our neighbor kindly stopped by several times last week while were in Walt Disney World to check on Cali & Chester. I made this card for her:

Baby Card

Simple little baby card I made with supplies on hand. I've had the patterned paper in my stash for about 2 years now. I adhered a strip of it on the inside of the card and cut back the front to allow it to show through when the card is closed.

Supplies: Die Cuts with a View card & patterned paper; miscellaneous navy blue cardstock; QuicKutz circle die; K&Company metal embellishment; corner rounder punch. Inspired by Nov 11th of dw2008.

Cemeteries of Charleston

In 2006, we took a trip to Charleston, SC, for our anniversary. Trent wanted to take a ghost tour so that's exactly what we did on the very first evening. We've taken ghost tours before, but this one was by far the best. Our tour guide was a lifelong Charleston resident and not only knew all the stories, but she told them with such enthusiasm and excitement. The following day we went back downtown to wander around a few of the spots she had taken us to for a view during the daytime.
